Those who use the StoreM online platform, agree to the following:

1. It is the duty of the parents to order the items carefully.
2. Assignment of items against a class/student is done by the institution and StoreM is not responsible for the same.
3. Order is complete if and only if the payment is made successfully.
4. Once ordered and paid, then there is no scope to cancel the order.
5. The ordered items are to be collected from the specified location.
6. Tax bill will be issued by the agency who provides the items.
